In cp there is a insta spawn wave setting, there should be the same setting in fins try changing that to 1 or 2 for insta spawns. Thank you for the response. As for mods, I use Fin's AI Tweaks and CP Spawn Rework. When you have both, you have to go into Fin's and disable spawn tweaks (so the two don't conflict). The reason I use CP Spawn Rework also is because that gives you finer-tuned options specifically for bot spawning. Fin's is great for bot loadout and behavior.

In the Fin config editor, there is an option that says "disable all AI changes" which is "false" by default, meaning any change you make in the AI section will apply.
